        I hope you are all well.
        As the Chinese Spring Festival is around the corner, I sincerely wish you and your family happy new year and a good fortune. I would also like to extend my appreciation to Kingho members who are now still on the job at this time.
        In the past year of 2013, Kingho was encountered with many challenges but still managed to make very significant progresses. During this year, all Kingho members grew with Kingho with solidarity. With the culture of Kingho in mind, Kingho members took the lead in solving difficulties towards the target of green, clean and environmental friendly energy, and shifted from the traditional coal chemical industry to modern coal chemical industry. The block trade volume doubled and double during the year, marking a success in exploring overseas market. Here, I would like to again extend my sincere thanks and congratulations to all the efforts you have made and all the goals you have achieved.
        We all have a deep memory of the past year that is now fading away. In this near year of 2014, we are now marching forward towards our dreams and goals with hope and passion. At the groups meeting held not long ago, we deployed our work of 2014 and announced improvement of group development quality and economic benefit as the focus. I hope we could see steady progress and stick to the principle of Kingho even faced with greater challenges, so as to facilitate the transformation development of the Group with both hard and soft powers.
        I am very glad to hear the song sung by Kingho members along with the melody of its development and growth. The grasslands, gobi, snow mountains and deserts are echoing. I believe that there will be opportunities, hope, motivation and success along the entire way of Kingho’s development. I even believe more that we all are full of passion, courage, wisdom and loyalty. Let us be united in a concerted effort to contribute a verse for the powerful play of Kingho.
