Beijing- On July 3-4, China Quality Mark Certification Group carried out ISO9001 quality management system audit inspection to Kingho’s headquarters, Beijing bid & tender branch and Kingho International Trade Co., Ltd.
    On the morning of July 3, the first meeting was held at the headquarters’ conference room on the 37th floor. Mr. Huo Qinghua, Chairman of China Kingho Group attached great importance to the meeting, gave a personal presence and made important instructions on the work carried out. Miss Li Yanhua, head of the audit group, made a brief on the purpose of the purpose, requirements and schedule of the audit inspection. The meeting was presided over by Mr. Li Chuanrui, group management representative and director of Chairman's Office. The experts of Mark Certification Group’s audit group, group leaders, department heads and internal auditors attended the meeting. After the first meeting, the audit team, in cooperation with Kingho’s internal auditors, has a two-day audit inspection to the operating situation of ISO9001 quality management system.
    On the afternoon of July 4, the final meeting was held at the headquarters’ conference room on the 37th floor. The head of audit team announced the conclusions of this audit. The audit team agreed that Kingho’s quality management system is running well and effectively and basically meeting the requirements of system standards within the scope of this certification, but there is a general non-conformity in trading business. The audit team required Kingho to have a rectification before August 4. Kingho’s ISO9001 quality management system will formally pass audit inspection within the scope of this certification after the audit team’s verification and confirmation. On behalf of Kingho Group, Chief Economist Li Nengzhi expressed thanks to the audit group for its two days of job and asked each department and unit to carefully study the problems found during this audit, carefully study the suggestions put forward by the audit team and develop practical and effective measures to ensure the continued effective operation of ISO9001 quality management system. 
    The audit inspection is important for Kingho’s headquarters, Beijing bid & tender branch and Kingho International Trade Co., Ltd. to constantly increase operational capacity and improve the level of management service. China Kingho Group will continue to improve the quality management system, strengthen supervision and inspection so as to create excellent brand image and improve the competitiveness.
